| Right-of-Way Plats |
| A Road Right of Way Plat is a map showing governmental right of way on state, city, county, or township roads that may be acquired by a governing body. Road Right of Way maps are prepared by licensed land surveyors in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 160.085, 160.14, 505.1792, and 505.1793. Maps filed for record under this section do not transfer title to the property described. Actual easements for road right of way require that a separate legal document be filed. |
